We had a Christmas miracle, IT SNOWED!!!
Craziest thing ever since it was 70* the day before and a huge thunderstrom through the night. We lost power for two hours Christmas morning and made the kids wait until power was restored inorder to see what Santa brought!!
check out how fast and think it was falling! i dont think i have ever seen snowflakes so big before!!
 Loving it!! but FREEZING!!
Peeking out under that huge jacket!
Running, we apparently don't have appropriate winter clothing!!
 So excited!!
 Catching those gigantic flakes!!

 Catching them on his tounge!!

Opal got in on the action too!! She loved it!!

 Sweet boy in the snow!!

Let Toy Explosion 2012 begin!!

Well the kids forgot about the milk and cookies, but mommy didn't!

Looking in on the room before I taped up the doorway.

Forgot to change the setting on the camera but you get the idea!

The peacock puppet she has wanted for months!!

And the playmobil set he has wanted since our two day road trip home and the catolog was all he looked at the ENTIRE time.

His "fart machine" that luckily had a tear in the side.

Love at first unicorn, or 5!  What 3 year old doesn't like a unicorn?
She went straight for the $20 unicorn from Kroger, and actually knocked down the American Girl Doll trying to get to it. Oh well!

Yep that about sums up her feelings for her Caroline doll, which is now in it's coffin backpack, tucked under her bed!  Some day she will like it, right? right?
Loving his new Chris Van Dusen books! And we love reading them so its a win win!
Her face says shes not so sure about this ABC gift, but they both LOVE it!!
 Kitty puppets, huge hit!
Oh and the wooden Castle from GIGI, her face says it all!! She loved it!!
And Gigi and Laur, the K'nex were a huge hit too!!
And the aftermath!! wowza!! I have spent the last two days putting together Playmobil.  I have threatened so much I think Ryan is afraid to touch them at this point!
We had a wonderful day, and are very blesssed!  We are thankful for our Lord and Savior, and the sacrifices he made for us. Thank to everyone who loves us and our little family.  May the joy of this season carry you through another year.

OH OPAL!! What a year we have had with you, you crazy, plastic loving dog! I can't believe it has been a year.  She is such a sweet dog and we are happy to have as part of your family so long as she doesn't eat anymore plastic and require another major surgery.

My sweet boy. He is growing up so fast!  I can't believe this is his 5th Christmas!
Snuggling with Uncle John.  He adores this man, and loves spending time with him!
Caroline and Caisa being silly together.
How did Grandma Jari know this little girl wanted Stompeez's so bad??

And Nerd Guns, how did Grandma Jari know??

 Such a poser!!
