Tonight we went to dinner with Cheke and Brandon, the kids had a blast playing out side on the park~

Ryan drumming along with the live band!
And yep that is Ryan picking his nose, the boy loves to pick his nose and we dont know how to make him stop, he even says that boogers are his favorite snack! so gross, makes me want to throw up every time!

Ryan's last day of preschool, I LOVE LOVE LOVE his teacher Mrs. Lili~she is so loving and kind, Ryan has really grown up in the last nine months and it is a nice change!

This is Layla Ryans little girlfriend, she was a blessing for Ryan in his class and was a calming force

We had a great time at the Dallas Zoo this week!  People around here give this zoo a hard time, but I LOVED it!  And as you can see Ryan loved the bird show!
Caroline liked the wooden horse, this might be the only picture i have of her because she wouldn't listen and stay by me.  She wandered off at one point and gave me a heart attack.  Ryan never even thought of leaving my side while out so this is a whole new ball game.  I usually give her one chance and if she doesn't stick by me then she gets strapped into her stroller.  She didn't wander far(about 50 ft.) but I just couldn't see her from where I was at, a school teacher was keeping at eye on her until her inattentive parent came to her rescue!

He was a little excited to see the chameleon.
My mom and  I were taking Ryan's picture and we were busy trying to get him to hold still and smile, mean while Caroline was safely buckled in her stroller.  In the background I hear a few kids yelling but I'm not paying attention.  All the sudden a teacher comes running up to me(the same teacher as before I might add) and says,"your daughter she is rolling away!" I had forgottoen to put the brake on and she was rolling down the hill headed towards the bathrooms.  OPPPSS!  Mother of the Year-right here folks!  Needless to say we walked in the opposite direction! hahaha
This lion exhibit was amazing, I could have stayed in there all day!

Guess what Ryan learned to do today!

It didn't take nearly as long as I thought!  Steering is still a little difficult, but the boy got it fast!

By the looks of that smile I think he liked it!

We did have one accident though, which resulted in a minor pitty party~

And that's all it took, a few minutes and he was off!

eater sunday, with a new tie and pretty new dress
and a Sunday swim!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the colors to go with her all white dress~

The moment I became a mom for the first time! The best moment ever!  I can't believe how fast it has gone by and can't believe how quickly and easily your love can mulitply!

And then the second one came in the blink of an eye, and life has been wonderfully different ever since!

He keeps me on my toes with his understanding, bright eyes, sassy pants, sweet "i love yous", and happy dispostion!
He is a spnuky, I am thankful to be his mommy, I am thank for the joy and the struggle that being a mom brings.
He was such a wonderful baby we were eager to jump right back in!  By his first birthday we were pregnant wtih Caroline and so excited to be doing it again!
She is the snuggliest baby, she loves cuddles, sassy, smart, so pretty, and very adventurous, independent, loving, strong willed, great talker, I love you Liney Girl!
She is quick to smile, but also quick to scream if she feels like someone(ie. her brother)has done anything wrong!  She is going to(and does) challenge me, make me a better person, and draws me closer to the Lord for strength!

Somedays are a little rough, most days are great; but everday I thank my Heavenly Father for these two little lives that He has entursted us to raise, mold, shape, love, counsel, guide, teach,  correct.  This is the scariest, longest, most perfect job I have ever had!  I love both of you to the moon and back and I can't remeber my life with out you.  You make my days brighter and my joys simpler, "i love you too!"

It was a great mothers day with lots of love, tender moments, and a diaper free day for me-perfect!
