Boy howdy do we miss our sweet cousins! I don't think there is a day that goes by we dont talk about them.

We really miss Mimi and Gramps, but are so thankful they are in Wisconsin!

So in September we took an impromptu visit to Wisconsin to see Katie before her surgery.  I drove all by myself and the kids were FABULOUS!!!

 We stopped at in Des Monies to see my best friend Alison from High School and we had a great time. this was the State Capital. 

nothing has changed in 20 years!

We finally made it to Wisconsin and we were all overjoyed!!

 this room was spic and span when we arrived 20 minutes earlier!!

 The next day we were off to the zoo!

 we went to a cool children's museum with mimi and reese one day.

 Reese was a little scared of the GIGANTIC BUTTERFLIES!!

 Funny that they all matched and we didn't even realize it at the time!

an awesome farm!!! this place was the coolest ever!! the kids were in HEAVEN!!!

They also really digged having lunch with Delaney at her big girl school!!

 and back on the farm.......

 the highlight of the day was milking the cow!!  Ryan drank the milk straight from the utter!!! it was awesome!!!

So Halloween was months ago but I worked hard on these costumes, and I wanted to give them the spotlight!

This was Ryans shark costume that I came up with all on my own! I was pretty darn proud of that costume, and it got lots of ooooohs and awwwww's!

And then there was Caroline's that cost WAY more then I intended and was a pain to make!! But the end product was to die for!!

 This was the I want to kill my self point of the project!!!

 A fitting! It's coming right along!

 And the verdict is in......she LOVES it!!!

 Ryan was sick with a fever and throwing up the night before, but I let him do hte parade and then go straight home.  I felt so bad that he had to miss the party, and all the fun!

It was a great day( and so glad Ryan started to feel better), the kids had a blast at the ward Trunk or Treat.
