Welcome to Ryan's Wild Safari

Everyone got a vest, binoculars, and a pith hat and they were greeted by our friend Chimpy!

I made vines that went all throughout the house with monkeys and leaves hanging all over the place

Here's all the food, I got the giraffe sheet at a garage sale for $3!

The easiest cupcakes ever and so dang cute!!

Shalene at Adhering Words made these fabulous vinyl foot prints for the floor.  The kids LOVED them and so cheap and easy!!!

My neighbor cut out all these wooden animals for me and a friend and I painted them-so cute and so easy and pretty darn cheap for huge impact!!!

This one was my favorite, I just freehanded them and I think they are pretty cute and a little whimsical.

Kelsey and Maddie did some fabulous face painting, I think it was the hit of the party!

We also had a snow cone machine, which might have been a bigger hit now that I think about it.

Then we did birthday cake, Caroline blew out the candles before Ryan had a chance.

And then came the presents, oh the presents.  Ryan was so excited and he gt some great things.

These two could be the best of friends if only we lived closer!

All four swinging together, this made me so happy to watch them enjoy eachother~

Uncle Bobo took us all rock climbing while in Utah!  We were all a little skeptical as to the logistics, but it turned out wonderful and everyone had a great time!!

we picked up Katie and the girls from the airport, Ryan was so excited to see his cousins he could hardly stand it~  this was the best picture of all 4 kids we got all week!

and we were off to enjoy our adventures for the next week!

So our road trip to Utah started out a little slow, and my car was really crowded!!! 

About an hour into the drive I decided we needed a car topper to put all the crap in that I just absolutely "NEEDED"   

This arrangement didn't work out so well, Ryan and Jordan bickered the whole time and Caroline screamed(surprise, surprise) because she could see me and she knew I would give her whatever she wanted if she just screamed loud enough and long enough!

Half way into the second day we realized that stops on the side of the road were way faster then gas station stops!  Anytime anyone said they needed to pee so did Caroline(she is still not potty trained) so over course when I whipped out this little porta-potty, she was all over it and diaper off faster then you could say Bob's your uncle!

So after two days on the road about 15 hours each day we were ready for some freedom and some room to stretch our legs!!
