Today I cleaned Ryan's room(which took entirely to long) and in the process decided that he had WAY to many toys and scaled it down to this tiny bin and then locked the closet with the rest of the toys. Now i will rotate out the toys every couple of days. Hopefully now cleaning the room will only take a few minutes with the help of Ryan.

Good idea! We do the same thing with a basket of toys and I switch things up every now and then - Evelyn thinks it's Christmas when that happens!! NEW TOYS (even though she just forgot she had them!!)
