Today we went to see Santa, Ryan LOVED it but Caroline not so much!!  Ryan asked for hairy cows from Target(schleich animal) and Caroline, well she just cried!!

She is not having it at all!!

Oh and I got a new camera for Christmas!!  I am so excited!!

So my wonderful aunt Laur sent the kids a fabulous Christmas gift, and they have loved using it everyday!!  It came a couple of weeks ago and I decided since the weather has been so nice we might as well use it now!

The tent and tunnel has been turned into everything under the sun!!  His pillows, blanket and animals are always part of the action!!  Thanks Laur for a well loved and thoughtful gift!

the other day it was BEAUTIFUL outside so we headed to the zoo!!  we met some friends in the morning and then some other friends after lunch!!

This is Tug, Ryans buddy from preschool, they are only a couple weeks apart and then Tug has a sister Ansley that is only a couple weeks apart from Caroline!  It was fun, we had a great time!!

And now the other half of the day....

these two were just too cute for words!!  half the time it looked like they were on a date, holding hands and reading maps!

We saw Santa today but it wasn't at the mall!!!

Not his first real haircut, but his first real cut with me hacking at it first!!  It turned out really cute, and he held SO SO SO still!  Such a cute big boy!!!

Museum AGAIN....man have we gotten money's worth(well more like our Christmas presents worth) out of these passes!  The new Egypt exhibit is amazing!

The other day while at Target Caroline grabbed my credit card and started to swipe it on the little box and then grabbed the pen and started pound away on the numbers-think she has seen me swipe my card a few times???

Nobody puts baby in the corner, or the lantern for that matter....except herself!  I think after this little photo shoot though, my cute little lantern had to go in the trash

That is all I hear about after church!! 

I told her she has a pretty dress.  I told her I like her bracelets.  I told her she was my best friend.  Mom, I love Elle. Mom can Elle please come over and play?  Will you call her mommy?  

So after about 3 weeks of daily begging, I finally called up Marie(Elle's mommy), and set up a play date at the museum.  A great time was had by all, sorry there aren't any pictures.  But then at the ward party Ryan insisted that we sit at the same table!

yes, he even wanted to sit on the same chair as her!

I got them both to hold still for a second at the ward Christmas party.  I used to be that person at church parties that thought," man can't these peopled control their screaming children," well......I now have TWO of those screaming children, especially an hour after their bedtime! If you can't beat'm, join'm.  I have learned too save all judgment until after you have your own children.

Why is he getting so big so fast??  I can't believe that Ryan is going to be in Sunbeams in just a couple of weeks, hope he learns to sit still in the next couple of days......because just a good picture of him is pretty impossible right now!

He is really sweet to his sister, he can't wait to get her out of her crib in the morning, giving her lots of hugs and kiss(which most of the time she rejects, not so much a morning person I'm thinking.)

Stretch little boy stretch

We were able to catch up with Mimi and Gramps while they were in town for a couple of days.  

We did some serious horse back riding in Walmart

Caroline had a blast!!  It was .50 cents well spent!

Then we went and saw Tangled.....we loved it!  Caroline belly laughed through the whole thing.  But please don't take my recommendation because Ms. D DID NOT enjoy this movie, the lying mom really did her in(so sorry kate didn't think it would end in tears!!)

Ryan love anything that involves Gramps and popcorn!

Thanksgiving!  I had fun decorating the tables!!

 She is getting so BIG!! She has so many words it is crazzzzy!!

And now I am off to fold said 8 loads of laundry that is taking up most of my king bed!
