On Tuesday Jared suprised us and stayed home from work to hang out!  We took the kids to school and then Jared and I went shopping and out to lunch.  When we went to pick up the kids we suprised them and told them we were going to the zoo!!  They were both so excited, you would have thought we told them we were going to Disneyworld!

 Layla this baby Bonobo Chimp wanted Ryan's sucker!!  Look at those scary teeth, she kept chasing Ryan back and forth across the glass!

 Jared might or might not have had sticky hair after letting Caroline ride on his shoulders, also she might or might not have peed on him-I could verify whether or not it happen!

 Hippos are my absolute favorite animals, they are just so interesting! Like how is it possible from that HUGE animal to hold up his body weight on those tiny little ankles?? Mind boggling I tell you!

 Happy with dad and suckers.  Ryan was so happy to have Jared there, everyone who talked to us Ryan said," This is my dad Jared and he came to the zoo with us today!"

 This one is better of all of us except Caroline, oh well-you get what you get and you don't pitch a fit!

We went to Brandons house last night and of course we had a great time!!  I loved this picture of Brandon and Che'ke!

Caroline fell asleep in the car on the way over and then woke up a little on the grouchy side if you couldn't already tell from her facial expression!

Caroline LOVES to swing and I loved this sequence of pictures!  Just carefree and simple! (oh and she was still a little bit grouchy, but by the end she swung it away!)

For some reason I love this one!

 Her hair looks like gold in these pictures and it looks like she has a ton of it!

 Travis broke out the ATV, and Ryan was in HEAVEN!!

Can you tell he is a little bit excited, he didn't want the fun to stop!

 Then Brandon, Ryan and Travis went!  All smiles!

Poor Caroline sat and watched as they drove away!  She didn't complain, just waved as they drove away!

Best buddies, I hope they stay friends for a really long time!

 Then it was mommy's turn with the kids!  I could totally do this, I love this type of stuff!

And, I must be crazy because then I took all four of them out for a ride.  Caroline held on to Brandon and fell asleep during the ride, it was so cute!

The Young Women from my ward came over to

watch the first session of conference on Saturday.  We had quite the spread, Stuffed French Toast with cinnamon apples, Vegetable Strata, Costco Muffins(too die for, but please don't check the calories), Fruit, Crepes with Whipped Cream and Strawberries, and some Sugary Cereal.

 I was afraid no one would show up, but I think 9 nine girls came and I was so excited!!  We blew up the Airo bed and got all the pillows and snuggled up to watch some Conference!  All the girls paid attention and took notes, I was so impressed!!

 Caroline is a little bit in love with anything Princess and brushing ponies hair!! ALL DAY, and she can be a little tad bit bossy about it!

 On Friday we played this blue team and man were they good, there should have been a slaughter rule but since we "don't keep score" I guess no one realized that the other team scored like 20 goals.  Ryan finally got the ball!

 And missed, oh well, it was a great effort.....

 And obviously he didn't mind!

 We were happy to have Grandma and Papa there!

 And shoulder rides with dad are always fun!

 Look at these cupcakes I made for the treat that night!  Aren't they awesome, I want to make cupcakes everyday just so they look like that!!  I found the idea on Pinterest, and love it, I think it will be my new good to treat!

 Caroline was loving her cupcake and kept saying it was her makeup and rubbing it ALL OVER HER LIPS!!

 Wouldn't you love for her too apply your makeup for you?? Is it on straight??

My pretty little Princess!

After the soccer game we went to Jordan's 4th Fairy Party, Caroline soaked it up!  I knew that there were blue wings and that they most likely wouldn't be the first ones to go so I dressed Caroline accordingly.

The kids loved coloring their "Fairy Houses"  This kept them busy for quite a while!

Ryan is really enjoying soccer this season and seems to be getting "it" which is nice to watch him actually play!

Ryan scored another goal this week and Mimi was able to capture it!!  I love that he runs over to give me a hug after each goal!

This next sequence of pictures is Ryan's friend Brandon scoring a goal and then Ryan tripping over Brandon smacking his mouth on Brandon's bum and biting through his bottom lip.  It was bloody and kinda freaked me out, but luckily lips heal quickly.  I am sure it wont be our last sports related injury!  So of course all day Ryan went around telling people he hurt his lip on his friends bum!
